Earth Day Kids Fest is just around the corner

Educating children is what Captain Planet Foundation does.  For the past 20 years CPF has been providing micro grants to help people around the U.S. build gardens, convert gas cars to eco vehicles and many other creative eco options.

Every spring Captain Planet Foundation and Chattahoochee Nature Center team up for Earth Day Kids Fest.  This year Earth Day Kids Fest is April 16, 10-3 at Chattahoochee Nature Center. Continue reading

Jack LaLanne RIP

Why haven’t EVs caught on more?

As the Detroit Auto Show ended we were reading some of the trades as to how the vehicles were received.  Ford and other automakers made a big play by bringing in some eco bloggers to see the new EVs that will hit the marketplace soon.  Those efforts yielded lots of positive posts about how cool the vehicles are, great mileage and at-a-boys.
